When you place an order and need to modify or cancel it, you may do so within 4 hours of placing it. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 4 hours. To cancel or modify your order, simply send us an email via our contact page requesting cancellation or modification.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon rece and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged items will be replaced with the same item upon evaluation. We reserve the right to not issue refunds on any damaged items due to poor handling.

Unfortunately, WE CANNOT accept returns on any regular priced items, sale items or gift cards.
