I understand that all hands-on services such as Energy healing, Chakra balancing, spiritual cleansing, and Meditation performed either one-on one or during a spiritual retreat are simple, gentle, hands-on energy techniques that are used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that "Energy Healing, Chakra Balancing, Spiritual Cleansing, and Meditation" practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that "Energy healing, chakra balancing, spiritual cleansing, and meditation" does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I have. I understand that "Energy healing, chakra balancing, spiritual cleansing, and Meditation " can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself, and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.

I understand that Spiritual Baths are created to relax the mind, body, and soul. I understand that "Spiritual Baths and Spiritual Rituals " are used in holistic and alternative healing methods and do not replace medical care. I understand that Alexandra simply wants to give me a sense of relaxation to calm the stressed mind, body, and soul and allow them to heal themselves naturally.

I understand that spiritual or Intuitive Readings are for entertainment purposes.

I understand that any spiritual rituals or rites given in Palo Mayombe or for the initiation rites to receive Santa Muerte or Mictecachuatl, but not solely within said traditions," performed by Alexandra and her colleagues will produce various results. I understand that I am willingly making a choice to participate in a ceremony where I would be connecting with spirit through traditional rituals. I understand that I may experience a spiritual transition. I understand that not all spiritual rituals are meant for everyone and that I may be putting myself at risk. I understand that I may feel uncomfortable while undergoing the spiritual changes and it will take time to heal and process my "rebirth or transition. " I understand that not everyone is a candidate to receive ceremonies in the Palo Mayombe or Santa Muerte/Mictecachuatl traditions and that it is imperative for me to disclose all required information that is asked by Alexandra and her colleagues prior to initiation. I understand that I will be evaluated and can be denied services if I do not fit the traditional criteria. All traditions have guidelines, and I am aware that I should carefully abide by the guidelines in order to achieve a successful spiritual journey.

All services require a non-refundable 50% down payment. Cancellation or rescheduling of any services must be made 48 hours prior to receiving any reading, healing, root work, cleansing, or ceremonial services. After the 48-hour time period, if the client does not contact us to reschedule, all monies paid will be non-refundable or transferable. There will be a 50% penalty on any last-minute cancellation of any spiritual services that is canceled without notice or after the 48-hour grace period. "The Healing Priestess" does not issue refunds after ceremonies have been performed due to costs in preparation, scheduling, materials, and so forth.

Spiritual Retreats can not be refunded once reserved and paid for.

All products and spiritual services are based on your own personal practice and belief system. Results may vary for each individual.
